How to Update or Pause the Default Task Manager Data Update Speed

Windows 8 and Windows 10 have an updated Task Manager that includes many new features, options, and settings. One of the new settings that are easy to overlook is the ability to change the default data update speed.
Open Task Manager (we like to use CTRL+ALT+Delete) and click on View > Update speed.
Your options include:
High
Normal (default)
Low
Paused
This new feature is something we didn't know needed, until now. We think most techs will love the chance to pause or speed up the refresh rate when diagnosing issues in Task Manager.
