Unpin a Group of Tiles or Folders From Windows 10 Start Menu
By Timothy Tibbetts |
The Windows 10 Start Menu comes with a collection of folders and Tiles that you might want to remove. Also, over time, the Start Menu might get cluttered. Windows 10 makes it easy to delete whole groups or folders from the Windows 10 Start Menu. Here's how.
Odds are you already know you can remove individual tiles by right-clicking and select Unpin from start. While this method works, it's tedious to remove a tile one at a time.
Across each group is a Group name (Productivity, Explore). All you have to do is click on the group name and select Unpin group from Start.
That's it. In minutes you can have a completely clean Start Menu allowing you to add your favorites apps, so the Start Menu works for you.
There you have it, one of the shortest guides we've ever written, but a handy tip if you weren't aware.
