OnTopper is a small utility designed to ensure a specified window is always topmost.
If you are a multitasker, then this will be of great use to you. When you are working through multiple projects but need to keep an eye on something specific for instructions, for instance, then OnTopper will help keep them in your line of sight at all times. Setup is a breeze, and its small size won't take much room on your machine. Using OnTopper is equally easy with its simple UI that displays all your options in plain sight.
Be cautious with any nonwindowed processes - it is not recommended attempting to interact with processes like svchost, for example.
