SmartDeblur will permit you to fix images blurred by motion and focus defects.
It is set up in a user-friendly UI and uses the FFTW library (Fastest Fourier Transform in the West) to provide the implementation of corrections. SmartDeblur supports the correction of the following defect types; out of focus blur (with kernel deep tuning), Motion blur, and Gaussian blur (the visual effect of this blurring technique is a smooth blur resembling that of viewing the image through a translucent screen).
SmartDeblur features high-speed processing, real-time parameter changes (without any preview button), full resolution processing, help screen with image example, deep tuning of kernel parameters, and allows for original/fixed image comparisons.
