TeamTalk allows you to chat with your friends or colleagues using the internet or a local area network.
Unlike many other internet voice applications, it allows any number of people to participate actively in a conversation. It also allows crisp real-time audio and video conversations, instant text messaging, file sharing among other group members, private rooms/channels for every group, Push-to-talk and voice activation, and accessibility for the visually impaired. TeamTalk comes standard with high-quality audio codecs with both mono and stereo with a standalone server for both LAN and Internet environments.
Using some of the above features, of course, requires more bandwidth. Still, TeamTalk features varied configuration options, which will allow you to select the specific quality settings that best fit your connection speeds.
