How to Open a Website in Internet Explorer Mode With Microsoft Edge
By Timothy Tibbetts |
Microsoft will no longer support the old Internet Explorer in June of 2021. However, they have, for now, made an option available to load a website in Internet Explorer mode.
When you enable this option, you can choose to reload a website in Internet Explorer mode when a website requires Internet Explorer for compatibility.
Click on the three dots in the top-right corner, or press Press Alt + F and click on Settings.
Click on Default browser.
Click Allow websites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode option.
Restart your browser when prompted.
You can now load a website in Internet Explorer by right-clicking on the tab and clicking on Refresh tab in Internet Explorer mode when available. Of course, Internet Explorer is so old now that you might have trouble finding a website that supports this feature.
