Windows 10 might show you an error that says "Microsoft account problem." Luckily this error is a simple fix.
The entire message reads:
"Microsoft account problem. We need to fix your Microsoft account (most likely, your password changed). Select here to fix it in Shared Experience settings."
You should be able to click on the message in your notifications (bottom-right corner).
If you deleted the message, or don't see it, click on Start > Settings > System. Click on Shared experiences on the left.
Near the top, you should see Accounts where you can follow the steps to fix the account problem.
Fixing this error is as easy as logging into your Microsoft account or re-entering your PIN. We've seen this error message appear after using Reset This PC.
