How to Add or Remove 'Open in Windows Terminal' in Windows 11
Windows 11 now features Windows Terminal, a better way to use the command-line, including PowerShell and the Command Prompt. It is the first worthwhile upgrade to command-line tools since PowerShell. When you right-click on the Desktop, Open in Windows Terminal is one of the Context Menu items available, which you can remove for the current or all users.
For all users, double-click on Open in Windows_Terminal Context Menu ALL Users - REMOVE.reg or Open in Windows_Terminal Context Menu ALL Users - ADD.reg (Default).
For the current user only, double-click on Open in Windows_Terminal Context Menu CURRENT User - REMOVE.reg or Open in Windows_Terminal Context Menu CURRENT User - ADD.reg (Default).
Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control. Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.
