Bitdefender Home Scanner scans your home network and looks for vulnerable devices and passwords as well as provides detailed security recommendations.
Once logged in to your Bitdefender account (a link is provided to create one), it will scan for and ask you to confirm your home network, and you can begin scanning. You are notified when the scan has completed successfully. You are then informed of any issues, and you can go forward to risk or no risks found to find details including last scanned, MAC address, IP address, manufacturer, and device type.
You can be notified if someone comes on your network, scan open ports, and even map your home network.
There are some settings available including notifications. If you have any questions or issues, links are provided to the Bitdefender website for answers. we have also provided a link to the downloadable user guide.
