Command Line Online Update Tool (CLOUT) is a Command Line Interface (CLI) based tool for managing OCZ SSDs including firmware and BIOS updates. For a Graphical User Interface (GUI), check out OCZ SSD Utility.
In general, CLOUT has similar features to SSD Utility, but with a few differences in the products, it supports. For example, you will only be able to install and update the BIOS for a limited number of drivers like RevoDrive 350, ZD6000/6300, Z-Drive 4500 and Z-Drive 6000.
