EightGigabyte Benchmark is a portable tool that will fill 8 GB of fixed data.
It works by writing 8 GB Ram to the disk drive in the fastest way, directly from RAM to the disk drive. It is done this to bypass any bottlenecking caused from disk to disk.
Weh you run EightGigabyte Benchmark, you are presented with a simple interface that displays tasks 1-10 and their subsequent MB/seconds to perform them. It also calculates your minimum, maximum, and overall average. Keep in mind; This version will run only with 8 GB (or more of free RAM; otherwise, you will see a popup alert.
