File Commentor allows you to insert custom comments into any file type. Project has been abandoned.

This type of utility can be useful for better organizing what exactly is contained within a specific file for instance since files names alone can be misleading. File Commentor is designed to simplify this process and allow for better organization of your files. You can also import text straight from a text file to save you the trouble of typing and it supports batch file additions.

To view comments added to File Commentor, just select a file from the listview and the comments will be loaded into the textbox.
