Folder Colorizer allows you to choose a color for individual folders of your choosing.
During installation, you are offered to install one of their other products, and it is checked by default so watch for that. It also requires free email activation and promises no spam.
Once you've installed Folder Colorizer it is added to the context menu, so all you need to do is right-click on any folder you want and select Colorize! It is straightforward to use. There are eight default colors; Yellow, LawnGreen, Red, Silver, SandyBrown, Blue, Violet, and Aquamarine. You can also take each of the available eight colors and scroll to change it to something you like. You can then save the color you designed as one of the choices.
In our tests, we found it very simple to change color folders in just seconds. We weren't too happy with them wanting to install one of their other programs or email activation, but we've received no spam so far and suggest you use a dump email account just in case. We did receive an email confirmation with another offer to download their YouTube converter. If you can deal with the Ad-Supported aspect, Folder Colorizer makes changing folder colors simple.
