Gifferly can capture the screen under its window and save it as a GIF.
Gifferly is presented in a way that should be easy for anyone to use. All you need to do is drag the window anywhere you want to capture.
By default, the screen will capture for 5 seconds after you press Start Capture. Gifferly has a browse captures option, or you can find all your captures under Pictures > Capture.
Of course, there are numerous options as well. You can choose how long to capture or stop when a key you define is pressed, frame rate, dither mode, palette types, capture the cursor, and draw click effects.
