Coming from iOS I had a hard time adjusting to the Android keyboard. This works like I was used to, by completing words for me and frankly, I just got used to it. I searched for a replacement and found Google Keyboard. It makes the keys larger, squarer and does attempt to guess when you make a mistake. It isn’t as good as the iOS keyboard, but it improved my typing, which was becoming a real disaster. It also leaves in place and improves upon the stock keyboard. It’s Google; it’s free and might be just what you need.
Google Keyboard allows you to glide through letters with Gesture Typing – just lift to finish a word, no spacebar required. Compose notes on-the-go with Voice Typing. With amazing word recognition and next-word prediction, Google Keyboard helps you type faster and more accurately on all your Android devices.
