HTMtied is a portable utility designed to quickly convert an internet address (link, URL, bookmark, favorite) into a small HTML file that will automatically open in any browser.

HTMtied is extremely simple to use; just copy the target address from your browser's address bar or from any link to the clipboard, then run HTMtied (from the Desktop, Start Menu, or from a shortcut key you define). HTMtied will automatically convert that address to a linking HTML file and copy the file to the clipboard. You then can paste or save the file anywhere you want.
