Windows 10 continues to update the Microsoft .NET Framework, but if you are running apps that were developed for Windows XP, 7, or Vista, you might need the older Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. Using this batch file, you can install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 quickly and easily offline using your Windows DVD or ISO.

Extract the batch file, right-click and Run as administrator.
