msmbps is a portable Open Source latency and download test utility designed to provide you with all the details need to make the proper choice in Cloud service providers for your region.
After unpacking the archive, it will begin processing the list of regional targets as well as the TCP/IP connection time. It will then locally store a file that contains the test results. This data will be displayed via your browser of choice. It targets each server five times and compiles the minimum of those tests to provide the result.
