PartMgr is a free and portable app to manage your partitions, including add, delete, and change the partition type.
The first thing you need to be aware of is that it must be Run as administrator. The Zip file contains both PartMgrX86.exe and PartMgrX86.exe, so extract them and right-click on the one for your computer if it is 32 or 64-Bit.
Anyone using computers for a long time will remember when the only partition programs were shareware and expensive. We've come a long way with PartMgr because it is not only free and portable but can create, delete, add, and even your partition type and Disk ID all in a package under 2MB. Of course, playing around with your partitions is for experienced users and using a small, third-party app even more so. We're mentioning this a few times only because partitioning can quickly render your computer unbootable, and there's no going back.
Once the app is running, it will display all available drive, and you need to be experienced here to understand what each drive is. An advanced user will recognize the drives and what they are by the offset, size, or type. There are a few additional details, including HiddenSectors and Attributes, but they won't necessarily help you identify the right partition.
PartMgr isn't for everybody. I still often use Partition Magic because I bought it years ago, and sometimes you get what you pay for. PartMgr is no exception; however, it's free, portable, small, and can manage most basic partitioning tasks if you know what you're doing.
