Limitations:
The Free edition is perfectly functional, however, some advanced functionality is disabled. The Pro edition enables advanced functionality such as backing up to the 'Cloud'/remote servers via FTP/SSH/WebDav, email alerts, web reporting (backups can report status to the web so you can view status anywhere), and the ability to create multiple backups.
