StackNotes can be used for recording lists and to-do lists.

Keep track of all your to-do lists. The first line of each StackNotes page is used as the Table of Contents entry. StackNotes pages are automatically saved whenever you browse through your notes. Each StackNotes page can contain up to 32K of ASCII text.

The StackNotes interface is a little dated but that doesn't hold back any of its functionality for this useful tiny note-taking app.
