Ultimate Icon Converter is a free and portable app to create or extract icons from your existing images.
Ultimate Icon Converter is ridiculously small at only 40KB.
The layout is easy to use. You can create an icon of multiple sizes on the top half of the app, or extract images from icons on the lower half of the app.
Once you load the icon or image, click Create icon or Extract images.
This review was simple to write. In just minutes, we extracted the program and created our first icon from large desktop wallpaper, as seen in the second screenshot below.
Ultimate Icon Converter is free, but if you find it useful, the author does accept $5 donations on his website. For your $5, you can download all of his programs in one bundle.
